1986 Jaguar XJS water leak

i have a water leak from under the dash on the driver side during a heavy rain. The fuse box is rusted, so I think this has been happening for a while.
The windsheild gasket looks like its in good shape...no cracks. I know that there are body drains, but i don't know if thats the problem.
Can you help?

We don't have any body information for that car, i would get to a panel shop and ask this question, as they will have all this body information. The question will stay active here so someone else with information may be able to help as well.
