V12 two wheel drive automatic 50,000 miles

Hey, the windshield wipers do not work. They worked fine a couple months ago, but after all the snowstorms it does not do anything now. I checked the fuses, and they all seem fine. I do not know if it is a relay or if it could be anything else. Any Ideas?

check the fuse and relay, then the motor is getting power (twelve volts) if power is going to motor then the motor is bad.
