My Jag will crank and then die. This happened almost a month ago out of the blue, then suddenly cranked one day, drove for over a month with no problems, and has now done it again. ould it be the crank sensor needs replace? or what?

Check the air snokel and intake for leaks. Possible mass air flow sensor or a leak in the air intake snorkel. Check the breather tube that goes between the snorkel and valve cover.
