2004 Jaguar XJ8 leak in Plastic Housing

I have a leak in the seam of a plastic housing connected to the top of the engine manifold in the center of the engine top center radiator. Has 2 to 3 hose connections the housing appears to be connected to aluminum manifold in some way. What is the name of this unit/housing?

How is it connected to manifold I dont see bolts its like its a one piece unit attached to manifold?
