2003 Jaguar XJ8 over heating

Jaguar 2003 xj8 used only 21700 mile get over heated , it was suposed to use unleaded feul but we use leaded feul , now the engine get over heated after 7miles drive
water collant is full, and one mechanic advice to change the exhust and I did but the problim still as its , when I change from low speed to high speed at ones blue smoke go out (( is this normal)) any advice what I can do for it

have the cylinders compression tested
