2003 Jaguar XJ8 Blower heat or air not working

Hello,
I have had all the simple things concerning this looked at. The relays and fuses have all been checked and there are no apparent problems. At higher speeds the air blows through hot or cold whatever the setting, but the blower for either does not work. Any advice?

chec for power at the motor try to power up the motor to check it is working !
