door lock

Passenger door lock is stuck in unlocked position. It will not respond to key, electronic signal, or manual pressure. When forced down, it will go halfway and then return to unlocked position. Is this an actuator problem, and if so, how easy is it to fix or replace?

You will need to remove the door panel first the guide will give you an idea on how it is done with diagrams below on how to replace the latch.
