1999 Jaguar XJ8 Engine ticks when the car is started

Can you give me an idea what the ticking noise might be. Could it be a lifter or  valve? Could be the synthetic oil I'm using. However, the car runs great.

the injectors on jaguars tend to be a little on the loud side ... have a technician check this to be on the safe side !
