while driving the interstate my will loose all power and shut off. The car will restart after sitting for a few minutes. A cloud of blue smoke comes from the tail pipe. The car will run fine with problems. Is the fuel Filter? if so where is it located?? Would it be along the frame rail?

most probably the pump needs replacing !
