I took my car to the carwash and on of the prep guys broke the handle from inside. Now I have to roll the window just to get out how much will it cost to replace the handle so that it can work properly.

I took mine into the shop when this happened. They charged me $85 to look at it! Then they said it would cost around $250 to fix. Needless to say I am still rolling my window down to open my door. The part on ebay is like $115 used. Its called a door remote, however if you search for door handle cable you can find them. Sorry it happened to you too.

This is a super common problem. The inside handle is connected to a cable that goes to the actuator. The cable has a ferrule on the end which breaks off with age and use. The replacement part is $159 at your local Jaguar dealer. Installation requires you to remove the door panel, fish around inside the door, and replace the panel. If you knew exactly how to do it, you'd be able to do the replacement in 30 minutes. If it's your first time, budget 2+ hours. An alternative to the new part is to remove the original, take it to a bicycle shop, and have them crimp a new barrel ferrule on the end.
