Electrical PROBLEM

1988 jAGUAR xj6, HAS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS with 2 windows not rolling down and 2 doors not opening from the outside. What part of the car is mainly used for this so i could figure out whats wrong with it ?

Hi there,

You will have to remove the door trim to access the window motors, you will have to check for power when operating switch. If no power at motor check for faulty switch. Check door lock adjustment and handle mechanism while door trim is off.
