1997 Jaguar XJ6 Back Driver door and window

I cannot open the rear driver side door and the electric window will not go up - all other doors and windows work properly What is wrong and what can I expect repair-wise

If you can't open the door from the inside or outside, I would say the linkage has come lose inside the door. The inner panel of the door must be removed to repair. If the window won't go up from either that door switch or the driver's switch then you need to check fuse in lefthand fuse block. If fuse is good, check power window motor inside the door.
