I have a 96 jag xj6 and The heat is out. Unfortunately I cant afford to get it fixed so I bought a direct battery hook-up car heater. I tried to wire it through the trunk but I cant find a way. Is there an easy way to wire it through the trunk?

There are no factory wires running to the trunk area that would be heavy enough to handle the load of an electric heater. You would have to run wires from the battery.
