Interior problem
1996 Jaguar XJ6 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 66000. miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
The drivers side door will not open from inside. I have opened the panel and the door latch cable has seperated from the door handle and the cable is frayed. If I purchase the new cable and handle how do I attach it to the box near the lock. Does it just snap in or do I have to take both sides out to repair?

The cable should just hook or snap in. You needn't remove the door latch.
