BACK PSGR DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE ,LOCK WORKS FINE, OPENS FROM OUTSIDE

If you pull the inner door panel you see a cable attaching the door release to the door latch. This cable is either disconnected or broken.
