1996 Jaguar XJ6 belts

My air conditioning has failed and I notice that there is no a/c belt but I thought there should be three belts as there are what looks like 3 cogs. How many belts should there be, i understand there is also a powr steering belt - where is that and what is the basic layout. Please help.
Also any rough idea on costs.
