Windows wont go up and down not the fuses in panel disconnected battery had charged then connected back and windows worked for awhile then stopped again, I think its a short circuit, or bad circuit breaker, where do I look for this?

Come on if I had money to donate I would take it in to get it fixed. I purchased for 1395.00 dtrs first car graduating tomorrow. Its hot and air conditioner needs to be charged. Just blowing hot air. I have a manual but cant find where the circuit is for the windows, it may just need to be reset? I cant find it? Please respond
