ALL OF MY INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS WENT OUT AFTER I INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY

I can't think of anything you could have done while changing the battery that would put out your dash lights. Fuses good? you could check the dash light dimmer switch. If that fails completely it could put the lights out
