How can you tell which Jaguars are long wheel base when checking to buy one on line - model numbers? just measure? or

Jags that were available in different wheelbases for the most part are suffixed with a "C" or an "L". The c denotes compact the l denotes long. An example of this is is a 1977 XJ6C. If you are interested in a particular year and model I can help you with more specific details.
