2005 Jaguar X-Type 4 cyl All Wheel Drive 19000 miles

hi my car started stalling well loosing power if i go over 25 mph. the "gear box default light comes up. they told me it needed trans mission fluid that was not the problem . the engine light also comes on.. can u help me please?
