Engine Cooling problem
2003 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl Automatic 59000 miles

My car's air conditioner will blow out cool air when set at 70 degrees then turns hot even though it is on 70. Than when I turn the car off there is a fan still blowing for about 3-5 minutes. What do you recommend that I do?
