2002 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 76.000 miles

Hi, my rear parking sensor is playing up, quite often on selecting reverse a continous beep will sound even if there is nothing behind me, a continous beep means you are 8" from an object, it is so annoying, is there a reset button anywhere, please help.

start by checking the sensors are clean and free of debris !
