2002 Jaguar X-Type Radio Problem

We have a 2002 Jaguar X-type. The radio is on but none of the buttons work except the volume control. You can't change the channel, insert or eject a c.d., or even turn the power off. The only thing you can do is turn the volume up and down. I tried to pull the fuse and put it back in but that did not help.

If the cause is not visually evident, verify the symptom and refer to the Jaguar approved diagnostic system. .. have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer !
