2002 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a previously wrecked jaguar x type with a air bag light flashing code 13. what does 13 mean. i know there must be a list of air bag codes somewhere. i cant find any code definitions for air bags. thanks Rex
