1999 Jaguar Vanden Plas Horn and Airbag don't work

1999 Jaguar Vanden Plas V8 Two Wheel Drive 56,000 miles

What could be the reason my airbag warning light is showing on dash and the horn in steering wheel doesn't work? Not a fuse. HOW much should I expect to pay to repair this problem?

have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to check for airbag fault codes ... check the wiring is good at the actual horn ! usualy get corroded and worn !
