I was pulling into my driveway and my transmission fault light came on and the car would barely pull. It does well in reverse but whenever I try to drive foward it seems to bee in a high gear and bearly pulls. There was no previous slippage or any type of warning to indicate that the transmission was going bad. Isaw a similar question in the forum that mentioned various codes, ie. P1722, P1730, P1643 & P1797 but was unable to view your response. Could you help me please?

you need to have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to retrieve the fault codes from your vehicle !
