WERE IS THE FLASHER LOCATED AND IF ITS NOT THE FLASHER WHAT COULD IT BE?

turn signal / hazard flasher relay is located under left side of dash panel. if flasher is OK, check fuses and bulbs. If all OK suspect faulty signal switch
