1991 Jaguar Sovereign 6 cyl Automatic 109000 miles

my heat or air does not work. when the car gets warm you can feel the heat but the blower does not blow it.

BLOWER MOTOR(S) INOPERATIVE
Defective blower motor heat sink assembly. Defective blower motor relay. No output signal from ECM. Defective coolant thermostat.
