my passenger temp stays hot at all the time replaced heater valve still same problem driver side works fine the heater valve was leaking also

Not a common problem with this model year. Possibly a control module issue or actuator motor. I recommend to disconnect the battery for fifteen minutes and reconnect. This will perform a "hard reset" on the modules and recalibrate the actuators upon key-on.
