2003 Jaguar S-Type Part Name

Need the part name or diagram of the engine cooling system to repair part the the heater thermostat connects to.
This looks like a relief blow-out hole because there seem to have been no hoses connected to it and an electrical gauge is connected just in front of it (on the same housing); the anti-freeze is coming out of this hole located to the right of the housing.

It's the water pump. Could be the hose at the back lower part of it, or the pump itself, if it comes out of the weep hole in the part itself, the pump needs to be changed.
