2003 Jaguar S-Type Noises in front driver side tire/wheel

After having my brake pads replaced and rotors turned, I am hearing a clicking noise when I am driving coming from the front driver side tire. Has anyone experienced this and know what the problem could be? Could it be the lug nuts causing this issue?

return the vehicle to the repir center and have them check the vehicle !
