How the hell do you get it off, 4 bolts are out but it won't move at all?

Pry it off while tapping with a hammer !

Removal
Remove the brake disc. For additional information, refer to FRONT DISC BRAKE ROTOR .
Detach the anti-lock brake (ABS) sensor.
Remove and discard the retaining clip. (1)
Detach the ABS sensor. (2)

Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

Remove the wheel hub and bearing retaining bolts.

Remove the wheel hub and bearing.
