Have a X type 3.0, at 25 mph I get a high pitched noise. Have put transmission in neutral, shifted manually, applied emergency brake, nothing has stopped the noise. Any other speed you don't hear the noise.

check the rear differential fluid !

That should be fine, it only has 32k, I would think the front brake pads need to be replaced because the warning screemers are touching the brake rotor. Here is how to replace the front pads a rotors in case you want to do the job yourself. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
