2004 Other Jaguar Models No Canbus communication between ECU

Have a 2004 Jaguar S-type 4.2 V8.I made a short circuit on the autobox wiring and now have no communication between the engine,gearbox,ABS and instrument cluster on Can Bus.What could be the problem?

you may have blew the ECU
