Oh my!..small droplet or two in the driveway.
They tell me I have an oil pan gasket leak..$1100.00!
They say it poses a danger of fire.
$1100.00...say what?!

HI there,

If it is a pan gasket problem, the engine must be removed, as for a fire hazard, that is more of a sales pitch to get you to do the job, get a second opinion on the leak first.
