2003 Other Jaguar Models Oil Pan Gasket

I have an oil leak and took it into a Ford dealership (no Jag dealerships near) and they said it was my oil pan gasket. They said it would cost $1100 to fix. Is this price correct?

I would get another quote .. most good repair shops will be able to do the work
