2003 Other Jaguar Models Cabin fogging up please give me fee

Ok so i posted a forum a few days ago talking about my Jag X-types cabin fogging up. When the heater is running and defrost is on, that is supposed to take the moisture out of the air to prevent this. But it doesnt. So what could be the problem. Also my automatic door locks have been malfunctioning when trying to get out of the car. HELP!
