2002 Other Jaguar Models Gear

When shifting from Park into drive my car will not move unless I move into 3rd or the gear. All gears work properly except for drive. It seems as though that gear is stripped if that is even possible

is your car a s type. if it is sounds like the shifter cable is stretched. nessesary to replace the shifter calble and have it adjusted. this should take care of problem. hope it helps. let me know
