Brakes problem

hi, i've purchased a jag xk8 but after few days i had twe massages with a yellow light on the screen :
traction control fail
stability control fail
another problem i noticed is that the engine has oil spots from the front upper both sides and some times i see a massege : low oil pressure with red light but it goes in no time
what does that mean ?
