For the first time, my car won't start. I don't hear the fuel pump as I did. How do I replace the fuel pump? I have one that I purchased 30 years ago.

Before replacing pump first inspect fuel pump relay. Let me know how relay tests. If bad I will post replacement procedures for pump.
