Where can I buy the 4.5mm jacking bolt for the pressure separation of the rear drums?Out of curiosity, are they a tool specific product for Mitsubishi or can they be bought at a service auto parts location? If not, is there any options too the procedure other than collapsing the adjuster bar from the back opening of the mounting plate? I'm not sure if there is a opening on these or not. Could you be more instructional on the the advice. As an optional choice, could I just match a thread dia. With a 4.5mm.3or 4 inch stem from like Home dolly or Ace hardware?

Collapsing the shoes is not the answer. That has to be done when a ridge of rust build-up is so big, it prevents the drum from sliding past the shoes. The bolts you're referring to are needed on most import vehicles because the center hole of the drum fits onto the hub so tightly.

Those bolts are nothing special, but I would use a grade 5 or grade 8 hardened bolt to insure the threads don't peel. You can find these at any hardware store, Home Depot, Lowe's, and places like that. Run two bolts in evenly to pull the drum or rotor off. The bolts only need to be a half inch long to do the job, it's more comfortable using one to two-inch-long bolts.
