Jack up the front and then the rear of my 2005 Rendezvous

Hi, I want to know the jack points when i jack up the front and then the rear of my Rendezvous. Because the factory jacking points on both sides of the rear wheels are heavily rusted and structurally compromised. They cannot be safely used for lifting.Thank you.

The "heavily rusted" is troublesome. If this is the case there is no safe place to lift the car, here is a video they may help but like I say rust does not hold up well.
