Trying to update satellite navigation software

updating satellite navigation software. all went okay at first then got to 100% updating and was stuck there for twenty minutes. restarted engine but still the same.

Probably will need the dealer to use their scan tool to go in and reset the unit and try the update again while it is there. It sounds like the update was corrupted or loaded incorrectly to the unit.
