OBD port is not working, how do I fix it?

I live in central Queensland, Australia and The OBD port is not working, and I don't know what to do to make it live.
Please help if you can.

The vehicle listed above is a Iveco Daily 2005 (It is not on your glossary of cars).

The OBD port is powered by a fuse in the interior fuse panel.

Here is a guide to help you check the fuses, also I would check the code reader in another vehicle to make sure it works.
