Heater blowing cold air

So as it started getting cold I tried to turn on the heat in the car and it was coming out colder then it should. So I changed to thermostat and a holes I saw leaking and I am still having the same problem. I changed the heater core about a year and a half ago. Now I do not know what it might be.

Good afternoon.

Check the heater hoses under the hood. Make sure they are hot with the engine at normal operating temperature. It could be a clogged heater core.

It could also be the blend door actuator as well. I attached a picture and procedure for you to view.

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
a. No.1 lower instrument panel
b. LH instrument lower panel

2. REMOVE SERVOMOTOR

a. Release the claw and pull out the plate.

b. Disconnect the connector.
c. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.
