Basically i'm looking to throw on some wheel spacers on my hummer, merely for appearance, i've read on multiple websites that the cons here could be premature suspension and bearing wear. I just need to know to what extent, will i need to worry about anything for the next 2-3 years? Because I also own another hummer h3 which at 100 000 miles hasn't given me any issues with the wheels and i've had it for over 5 years. I just want to know what size spacers i should get to make it look good but also if it's worth the potential damage to my car. I've seen loads of hummer h3s run spacers these days so i'm guessing it can't be that much of an issue. Thanks for your time guys.

I will never recommend the use of wheel spacer in any degree. Every increment that the wheels are moved away from their base weakens the wheel studs. It increases to load stress on nearly every steering and suspension component. If you are ever in a collision that causes injuries the opposing insurance company will come after you with a vengeance and easily win in any court.
