Im having troubles re- wiring the healight relay on the fuse box it also has a issue when turn on the head light then high beam all 4lights dim. also if you could have a wiring diagram for headlight circuit please thank you

I should have access to a wiring diagram but I'm not able to copy and paste anything from it.

If you have separate high and low beam bulbs, and they're all on dim regardless of the dimmer switch position, you have a bad ground wire. The clue will be the high-beam indicator on the dash will be on dim all the time too.
