Blinking check engine light, shaking and noises?

Blinking check engine light. Restarted system no check engine light on yet but it's bad literally shaking and noises and I'm not sure, but I attached the sound when idle or stopped.

Blinking check engine light is commonly a misfire code, the bad shaking would also indicate that. A common failure item on the 3.7 is the ignition coils. I would get the Libby to a parts store and scan it for codes. It's probably going to be a P030 Something. Inspect the coils and their wiring. Then to test if it's a coil, simply swap the one on the cylinder with the code to another one and see if the code moves with it. If it does replace the coil. If it doesn't then remove the spark plug and check it.
