It will not start or crank

This is a wheelchair van, it was setting for about 3 months. I try to start, battery was dead, so I got a new one, now it won't start or crank. Windows work, dashboard lights and gauges are all on, but nothing. I turn steering wheel back and forth, nothing.
any suggestion?

Hi,

We need to start with the most obvious issue which is the starter. If you turn the key and it does nothing then we need to see if we have power to the starter and if so then the starter may be locked up.

If you are not getting power to the starter then it could be a variety of switches or sensors.

Here is a guide that will help with the starter issue. I also attached info about the starter relay that mentions some of the common causes for no crank no starts. Including the park neutral switch. Try putting it neutral and see if it starts, if so this is your issue.
