Now it cranks but won't start?

So there is a main engine computer harness ground wire it sounds like you have left off, here are the locations of the engine computer ground so you can check it out. Also recheck all connectors and wiring around the thermostat housing and coolant reservoir area, including the engine coolant temperature sensor connector. Look closely for a connector that isn't fully seated, a bent terminal, or wiring that was pulled while doing the thermostat.
